This is a time to deepen our parenting and connections in solidarity with the Black community. We can parent from the truth that Black Lives Matter by dismantling anti-Black racism in ourselves, our families, and our communities. We can parent from knowing the inherited pain and anger that World War II incarceration continues to cause our elders and families. We can speak out to Close the Camps because this injustice happened to our community and we’re not letting it happen to anyone again. Join us to take action for our collective humanity. For every child everywhere, we say: Kodomo no tame ni! Nuestros niños! Set them free! May we parent for our collective liberation!
